Community Guidelines

Ninja Companion is a space where athletes, families, and coaches can celebrate training, share accomplishments, and encourage one another. To help keep the community safe, respectful, and welcoming for everyone, all members must follow these guidelines.

1. No Harassment or Bullying

Do not target, threaten, intimidate, or demean another person or group. This includes repeated unwanted messages, personal attacks, and coordinated attempts to embarrass or humiliate someone.

Healthy competition is welcome. Mockery, cruelty, and bullying are not.

2. No Threats or Encouragement of Violence

Do not post content that threatens harm to any person, animal, or property. Do not encourage, glorify, or celebrate violence.

Threats will be removed immediately, even when presented as a joke.

3. No Discriminatory or Hateful Content

Content that attacks, excludes, or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic is prohibited.

Slurs, hate symbols, and dehumanizing language have no place in the Ninja Companion community.

4. No Sexual or Explicit Content

Ninja Companion is a family-friendly community that includes children. Do not post nudity, sexually explicit material, or other content that would be inappropriate for a minor to see.

Accounts that share this type of content may be suspended.

5. Protect Private Information

Do not share another person’s home address, phone number, email address, financial information, government identification, health information, or other private details without their explicit permission.

This also applies to your own information. Protect your privacy and keep yourself safe.

6. No Spam or Commercial Solicitation

Do not flood the Squad Feed with repetitive posts, automated content, or unsolicited promotions. Prohibited content includes buy-and-sell offers, referral links, and multilevel marketing promotions.

Sharing an accomplishment is encouraged. Repeated or disruptive posting is not.

7. Be Truthful and Authentic

Do not impersonate athletes, coaches, officials, or other community members. Share only accomplishments and information that are genuinely yours.

Deliberately submitting false reports to target another user or misuse the Report Post feature also violates these guidelines and may result in suspension.

Enforcement

Squad coaches may review and resolve reported posts through the in-app moderation queue. Ninja Companion administrators may suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these guidelines.

Suspension applies to participation in the Squad Feed. It does not cancel an App Store subscription or delete the user’s Ninja Companion account.

Automated filters may not identify every violation. Members can report content by selecting the ⋯ menu on a post they did not create and choosing Report Post. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
